After the annealing furnace fails, an alarm will appear at the top of the monitoring main screen. The faulty equipment can be preliminarily determined according to the prompt content. The alarms are as follows: V101 valve position alarm, V105 valve position alarm, heating section gas reversal alarm, heating section air reversal Alarm, gas reversal alarm in insulation section, air reversal alarm in insulation section. Among them, the V101 valve is the heating section gas quick cut valve, and the V105 valve is the heat preservation section gas quick cut valve. Each device consists of an action part and a valve position feedback part. The action part is actuated by solenoid valve with pneumatic components.

Troubleshooting: After the above alarm occurs, first check the color displayed on the main monitoring screen of the alarm device to determine its status.

If the quick cut valve is displayed in yellow and the reversing valve is displayed in red "X", it means that the stroke is not in place. Check whether the stroke is out of the equipment. If there is no separation, you can turn on the stroke switch to check whether the cam in the stroke is out of position. Just adjust so that the spring is pressed on the arc.

If the quick-cut valve or reversing valve is displayed in red or green, it can be judged that its stroke is normal, and the focus of the investigation is on the action part. When checking the action part, first observe whether one of the two plugs of the solenoid valve is lit. If neither of them is lit, it is an electrical fault. Then, if one is on, you can remove the two plugs, and use the bright plug to plug and unplug the two solenoid valve sockets in turn. If the cylinder does not work, it is a mechanical failure. If the cylinder moves, it is an electrical fault
