Bright annealing furnace

      The bright annealing furnace is a long, medium-sized industrial furnace. The continuous bright annealing furnace for axles in the forging and smelting workshop of the locomotive and rolling stock factory originally used a fuel-type sub-high-speed burner, which was mainly used for the heat treatment of the train axle after heating and casting. It is one of the main equipments in the forging workshop of the locomotive and rolling stock factory.

       The furnace temperature of the modified bright annealing furnace is divided into three areas. The pusher pushes the workpiece to the furnace temperature zone. There are four staggered burners on both sides of the wall. The track is supported by refractory brick arches to make the workpiece Both sides can be heated, and then there are two zones and three zones-constant temperature zone. Four burners are staggered at the same height on both sides of the wall. The 8 burners are all low-pressure swirl burners. There are spacer beams between zone 1 and zone 2. There are two composite metal heat exchangers at the top and rear of the furnace. Both sides of the furnace wall and the furnace bottom are made of bricks. The stove top is made of refractory fiber felt. The high-pressure fan is selected to provide combustion-supporting air and jet air for exhaust smoke. There are control valves and flow holes on the gas and air main pipes, and control valves on the induced air main pipes. They are jointly equipped with a set of advanced microcomputer control system, display instruments and protection equipment.
