5. Equipment supporting:

5.1 Vacuum chamber furnace shell:

The furnace shell of the vacuum chamber is made of steel plate, equipped with a sealing groove, and equipped with a silicone sealing ring cooling water jacket;

The outside of the furnace shell is uniformly welded with channel steel, and there is a water inlet assembly and a return water centralized assembly; the lower part of the furnace shell is equipped with two inner heating chamber tracks, and the front of the furnace shell is equipped with a set of fans;

There is a set of vacuum connection pipe and condenser on the side of the vacuum chamber, and a fume exhaust device on the top of the furnace body;

The furnace body is equipped with thermocouple, lead rod, copper bar connection, copper splint, protective cover, etc., and is equipped with a sealing device.

5.2 Heating chamber:

The inner frame of the heating chamber is assembled with stainless steel square pipes. The heating mode: heating on both sides, bottom and top of the furnace, safe and reliable;

The front part of the liner is equipped with heat shield, diversion device and suction hole; the lower part of the track is equipped with stainless steel support and the vacuum chamber nut is screwed and fixed, and the upper part is flexibly fixed with the track; the lower part of the liner is equipped with 2 rows of stainless steel on both sides Scroll wheel.

5.3 Feeding and unloading mechanism of trolley and material truck;

The steel structure of the feeding and discharging mechanism of the trolley and the material truck is equipped with 2 sets of motors, reducer drive, mechanical sprocket drive, and electric brake devices;

There are 3 wheels on the left and right sides of the trolley, and wheels are installed on the left and right sides of the feeder to facilitate the in and out of the basket.

The material basket is made of stainless steel square tubes assembled and strengthened, and the upper part of the material basket is equipped with stainless steel tube guardrails.

5.4 Vacuum pump + Roots pump and solenoid valve:

      2X-70 vacuum pump + Roots pump unit, the matching solenoid valve is connected to the vacuum pipeline, and a heat gauge tube is installed on the pipeline to transmit the pressure signal to the vacuum gauge. The vacuum gauge sets the upper and lower pressure limits.

5.5 PID+PLC electronic control system cabinet:

A, Siemens PLC, supporting Siemens touch screen communication temperature control meter, high-precision PID adjustment digital display temperature control instrument, with program automatic operation control;
