      Rolls and industrial furnaces are important equipment for industrial development. They are used in all sectors of the national economy. Generally speaking, they use the heat generated by fuel combustion or power conversion in industrial production to smelt, heat and process materials or workpieces. But at the same time, production and operation will also produce a lot of pollution and energy waste.

       As we all know, industrial furnaces are mainly coal-based energy combustion, and pollution emissions are relatively serious, but the use of equipment plays an important role in the development of industry. In order to coordinate the development of industry and the environment, appropriate measures must be taken to increase energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions. Most industrial kilns in my country lag behind in furnace structure, combustion system, waste heat utilization, insulation materials, heat detection, automatic control, computer application and environmental protection. In addition, the production capacity of industrial kilns in my country is mostly small, causing energy waste and serious environmental pollution. At present, the waste heat utilization rate of industrial furnaces in my country's major energy-consuming industries such as stone, ferroalloy, steel, chemical, building materials, and non-ferrous metals is only about 5%, and the main utilization method is flue gas or direct combustion to produce steam. The effective utilization rate is less than 40%, and the true comprehensive utilization of energy cannot be realized, and a large amount of carbon dioxide is emitted, causing a serious greenhouse effect.
