1. The door cannot be opened for a long time after the vacuum annealing furnace is heated. When the temperature is higher than 400°C, it should not be cooled quickly. When the temperature of the heating element is high and the temperature changes greatly, it is easy to cause oxidation and peeling. For the molybdenum heating furnace, the EI should be cooled to below 200 before turning off the protective gas.
2. When testing the temperature uniformity of the vacuum annealing furnace, attention should be paid to the position and binding of the temperature measurement contact and the distance from the heating element.
3. In order to avoid heat treatment products, which are mainly copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc., come into contact with electric heating elements, whether it is fine powder, melt or steam, the surface of the electric heating body is corroded to form "pits" and the cross section becomes smaller. Burning due to overheating.
4. The lead rod of the vacuum annealing furnace should be in good contact with the clamp, and the contact between the lead rod and the clamp should be smooth. When power is supplied, the wire rod should not be red, and the temperature rise of the wire clamp should not exceed 60°C. It should be noted that due to thermal expansion, cold contraction and creep elongation during heating and stopping, the bolts leading out the rod clamp are prone to oxidation and loosening, forming a virtual short circuit. The tightening should be checked regularly.
